Ramar Padam temple
I went to visit Ramar Padam Temple, walking from Rameshwaram Temple — around 3 kilometres, which took me about 1 hour to reach. In between, there are very few shops, so it is better to bring a water bottle or buy one before you start walking.
I went around afternoon time, so the weather was very hot. It is better to take an umbrella. If you want to take an auto, it costs ₹200 per person one way or ₹400 per person for a two-way trip from Rameshwaram Temple.
It is a very historical place. Then I used my Nikon Coolpix P530 camera and took a zoomed-out photo of Rameshwaram Temple from Ramar Padam Temple — it looked very nice!
You must visit Ramar Padam Temple. I heard the story that Lord Rama went to that place, stood on a small hill, and viewed Sri Lanka from there.
It is a must-visit place if you go to Rameshwaram Temple!
